Our Studio
Saladino Design Studios is an award-winning design firm specializing in hospitality, commercial and retail spaces. For more than a decade, our team has dedicated themselves to the philosophy of concept, design, and build solutions – setting the highest standard of design excellence for each and every project.
With a lifelong passion for hospitality, our collaborative studio led by Sean Saladino, is fueled by the individualized narrative of the artisan’s craft for each project. We are a creative hub in a constant state of reinvention, where ideas and solutions are amplified beyond expectations.
Our Approach

We begin each project with an immersion into the discovery phase of our client’s brand and vision. We draw creative inspiration and explore ideas to collaborate on the overall design experience and establish a shared vision for the project.

We translate conceptual ideas to visual reality by utilizing 3D modeling, photo-realistic renderings, and schematic programming. This includes implementation of floor plan and design development to ensure all arrangements are in place for client presentation and feedback.

We finalize all documentation of scale plans, elevations, details, specs and schedules. This includes important interior details that are vital to the overall design of the project. We then work in collaboration with consultants and contractors during the build out of the space to ensure design excellence and project integrity.
